Home / chapters / Parties/ While I may not be a fervent party enthusiast, there was always something special about the gatherings we hosted at our home in Bell Canyon, especially our annual Cookie Baking Party. Despite typically draining my energy, these events became memorable occasions, often drawing in as many as 80 friends to celebrate and share in the joy. Birthday parties, in particular, took on a grand scale, marking milestones like my 50th and 60th, along with Kara's spectacular 60th celebration atop the London rooftop in Hollywood. These occasions transcended the typical party experience, becoming cherished moments of connection and celebration with dear friends.
