During our trip to Paso Robles in mid May 2021, right in the middle of Covid, we had to stop by Austin Hope to taste the most amazing Cabernet in Paso. It is economically priced and is as yummy as the big boys in Napa. Can't say the same for the rest of their wines, but this one is amazing!
